John Shambra began his career behind the cookline. As a cook, kitchen manager, and operations director, he worked for some of the most notable restaurant groups including Wolfgang Puck, the Hardrock Café and California Pizza Kitchen.
Building on his knowledge of restaurant build-outs, project management, and operations, John opened Shambra Restaurant Consulting in 1999.
For more than 25 years, John has brought his expertise in kitchen design and equipment selection, successfully blending the needs of the restaurant owner, manager, and chef to create exceptional, functional, and efficient restaurant kitchens.
