We provide exceptional design, health permit acquisition, and equipment supply and installation services, backed by solid experience in restaurant operations and development. Our clients include fast-casual to fine dining restaurants, whether new construction or tenant improvement projects, ranging in size from 1,000 to 10,000 SF and above. About John Shambra:

Prior to starting his firm, principal designer and consultant John Shambra honed his experience with 15 years in the restaurant industry, including kitchen and restaurant management, field operations, and development for notable groups including Hard Rock Cafe, California Pizza Kitchen, and Wolfgang Puck Food Company.
