Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo tap SRC for Jon and Vinny's
Jon and Vinny's is the newest collaboration between Jon Shook, Vinny Dotolo and Shambra Restaurant Consulting. Converting the former Damiano's Pizzeria, the duo and SRC fitted an efficient cook line, prep areas, storage and refrigeration into the tiny space. Up front, the open kitchen is on display at the sushi-like dining counter.
SRC recently worked with Shook and Dotolo along with Ludo Lefebvre on their wildly successful Trois Mec. We want to wish Jon and Vinny the best of luck! Salut!
