Sushi Roku at Fasion Island opens June 1

The OC Register reports Sushi Roku is set to open June 1. Another collaboration with Shambra Restaurant Consulting, the Innovative Dining Group brings its outstanding sushi cusine to the region. 

SRC helped IDG convert this former French restaurant into its new configuration with an updated bar, cook line, and 30 foot sushi bar.

Magnolia House is a finalist for an AIA Los Angeles design award

SRC is happy to announce that Magnolia House was selected by AIA Los Angeles as a finalist for best cafe/bar design for 2015. Bicos Hospitality Group has been a long-time SRC client, and we've provided design services and equipment supply to Magnolia House, Gus's BBQ, and The Original Tops.
